In its efforts to encourage innovation, Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Getafe has set up an Innovation Committee, which is led by the hospital’s Innovation Manager and composed of representatives from various hospital services and departments. The Committee’s main task is to identify and analyze innovative ideas generated at the hospital, collaborate in the identification of requirements and planning, and help in the search for funding. The process carried out from idea to implementation is shown below:
